Still, we have high speed CT25 for small tubes on line cold cutting process. The fixed tube length is 2805mm, online speed is 80m/min, and max speed can reach 90m/min. The customer is so happy to see the running condition, it help him to save 1 process to cut the 6m tube into pieces. The high speed CT25 saved a lot of cost and saved the factory space.

For big size tube mill cold cutting saw machine, we have milling type model, the double- cutting heads, from model CT 165-M to model CT 406-M. The big size tube will have a big cutting range, if still use back 1 cutting head, it will require a big Out Diameter of the cutting saw blade, which will bring you a big cutting cost. Normally, we suggest customer to prefer the milling type with double- cutting heads. It will help you to save a lot of the cutting saw blade cost.
