Tube Mill Inner Welding Seam/Bead Remove Device

Some customer require the welded tube without any inner welding bead, so need this tool/device to scrap it down.

The ID welding bead tool will remove the internal welding seam/bead for the steel pipes at high temperature.

During this process, it need the cooling water to cool it down, all the time.

We have3 types:

1, Machenical Type

It is simple, suitable for small ID tube. But, the running roller was supported by Machanical parts.

2, Pneumatic Type

The running roller was supported by pneumatic power, without any consume of the compressed air.

It is high stability, and will save the inner insert(O ring insert) cost.

3, Hydraulic Type

For big thickness, the running roller was supported by hydraulic power.

Nomally, we install the mounting on the 1st Finpass station/stand.
